Use Discouragement To Help You Grow

Women are still in the minority when it comes to business ownership, this means that you may experience unfair biases and doubts based on nothing else but your gender. These doubts are grandfathered in outdated stereotypes and should be taken with a pinch of salt. Instead, you should retrain your brain to view these doubts as challenges; each time you exceed others and your own expectations you will become stronger for it. This is why you may experience a higher degree of judgment and doubt at the start of your entrepreneurial career, but once you prove yourself these biases will often be replaced by people congratulating your efforts; plus you will be more sure of yourself and reliant to criticism in the future because you know what you are worth.
