I'm the Co-Founder of So Fresh, the leading healthy food chain in Nigeria established in 2010.  We have multiple branches across Nigeria with over 100 employees and  a high impact board. I'm the Principal Partner at AB Moore Consulting Firm, an online HR platform where I help ambitious, struggling and overwhelmed entrepreneurs achieve business productivity, continuity and lifestyle freedom by teaching them how to build great teams that can deliver profitable business growth. I was listed among the 100 most inspiring women by Ynaija in 2017 and in 2019, and was also recognized among Nigeria’s 100 most inspiring women by Leading Ladies Africa. I'm a Goldman Sachs scholar and a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Coach, Mentor and Trainer. I am passionate about Human capital development and I actively empower my team to leas their lives with meaning and purpose. As a conference speaker at both corporate and religious events, my impact story have been featured on several great platforms. I'm a proud member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, an alumnus of Enterprise Development Centre, PAU and has several professional certifications in Operations Management and leadership. I am happily married to my soulmate and business partner, Olagoke Balogun and we are blessed with two vibrant sons.
