When you hit that mid-morning exhaustion block it may be instinctive to reach for a cup of coffee. Tired girl bosses everywhere drink thousands of cups a year but there are other, totally natural options if you’d like to mix it up. Here are five natural energy boosters that aren’t coffee.
Exercise
We all know how important exercise is for our bodies but did you know that just 15 minutes of low to moderate cardio can give you an energy boost? Something as simple as going for a brisk walk or jumping rope can be the pick me up to get you through the day.

Meditation
Meditation has benefits physically and emotionally. It enables you to de-stress and find a calmness from within. Many people who meditate also find the practice gives them energy. There are many ways to meditate. The focus is to bring attention to your breathing and clear your mind. Deep, measured breathing is a good place to start if you want to revamp your day and boost your mood and energy.

These are great suggestions for things to use to give you that afternoon boost aside from coffee! Meditating always helps me! And I love using peppermint oil, it gives you an instant boost!
