Stress has become such an everyday part of our vocabulary, it can be difficult to even remember what it feels like to be completely stress free.
While I’m not claiming to know a magic formula to a stress-free life, there are a few things you can do to ensure that you can deal with your stressors quickly, efficiently, and then move on with your day.
