Today’s world is filled with so much information yet we are very lacking in the knowledge of overall wellness of the body, mind and spirit. The spirit I’m referring to is your core soul, the solid part of you that creates the energy of your surroundings, your innate intelligence. The catch phrase “Your tribe is your vibe” has been around the last five years or so yet do we really know what it means and how it relates to your health?
Your inner vibe is how your body unconsciously heals, reacts and responds, it is mostly overlooked in the healthcare industry. Have you ever wondered why you see some people and they have a glow about them or why you diet, exercise yet still don’t ditch those pounds? It comes down to how your cells are communicating with your body and your current alkaline cellular environment. Your body stores toxins in adipose (fat tissue) thus if your body is too acidic your innate intelligence will try it’s hardest to not let your release those fat cells because then the toxins they hold will be released into your body and could harm more important organs. Persistent organic pollutants (POP), technically, they are not “toxins” since they are man-made chemicals and do not break down very easily in the human body. Sadly they are found in our modern food supply.
Through the next 6 months my goal is to show you have to control your inner vibe which in turn helps you control hormones, emotions and weight. We cannot do it all in one blog, I wish I could! The best way to start is what has worked for me. I have been in the place where you see yourself in the mirror but you have no idea who is looking back at you, you are you but you’re not. I read a meme that said, “I’m a happy person with a sad soul” and I was like “YES” that’s me but how in the heck do you ‘fix’ your soul, thus my journey started. It was more about healing my soul and finding my vibe then working on elevating it to its former glory or at least as close as I can get for now.
The best thing you can do for your wellness is not be hard on yourself, life throws us curves and we all do the best we can at the moment we are in. Forgive yourself for past digressions and start setting the stage today for where you want to go.
Here are a couple simple steps get started today:
- Take a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar with ‘Mother’ in the morning upon waking and one right before bed.
- Start increasing your water intake. You will want to add fresh lemon juice to your water; it will have an amazing response with your GI system. I put half a fresh squeezed lemon juice per liter of water. Now everyone always tell me they drink plenty of water, as a physician I know most people think they do but their body’s tell me they don’t. The goal is half your body weight in ounces of water a day, yes when you start your body will start flushing out the toxins right away once your body realizes the extra water intake is a regular occurrence it will start absorbing more and you will spend less time in the restroom.
These are just two simple steps to help you get started and start refocusing your soul vibe and wellness, anything else you do on your own is a huge bonus. If you have more question please contact me via our website https://www.housecallswithdrg.com/
Dr. Mary Gladish, a Health Improvement Strategist, Wellness Physician, mind-body expert, specializing in optimizing energy, health writer and podcaster.
Dr. Gladish’s focus is on motivating individuals to adjust their daily regimes and forsake unhealthy disease causing habits is the one of the most perplexing aspects of being a physician. Disease is not normal. We are wonderfully designed to live healthy, energetic and vibrant lives. However, we have been conditioned to believe that disease is genetic and normal. We have a false understanding of what nutrition and energy are and how it relates to our body’s cellular environment. The overall health of the individual cell makes up the health of the body. Many of the solutions are actually very simple and it is extremely sad to see so many people suffering needlessly. My goal is to help people find their healthy and their vibe.
