10 Important Lessons 16 Year Old Gabrielle Posard Taught Me by Mella Noir
Ever met a 16 year old that started changing the world when she was 12?
I have, and her name is Gabrielle Posard. When she was just 12, she was inspired by her older sister Camille, who was a writer for a documentary on hunger. She drew the now famous “Donate, Don’t Dump” logo of a fork, spoon and knife combined with recycling while discussing the documentary over dinner with her family.
The Power of Play… by @dancinmoma
Many successful companies are now embracing this play in many forms, supported by open area workspaces, sports-related activities, brightly colored walls, mood lighting, and more. What creative activity can you do to improve productivity and generate new sales for your company and yourself? Start with a little balloon play and work up from there.

How to Be Free
I remember my first taste of real-life personal freedom.
It was about a year after I quit my cubicle job. I was ruthlessly determined to live life on my own terms – so I had done some radical things to earn this delicious moment.
I had sold my car (the one with the monthly payment) and bought an old beat-up car for cash.
I had found the most perfect low-rent apartment on the outskirts of town, near the railroad tracks and fully equipped with both a bedroom AND a studio. (Ideal for the scrappy start-up mode I was in.)
Resolutions? Yawn! Here’s a Better Way to Start Your Year…
The average New Year’s Resolution doesn’t address the core of the issue – the “BE” level.
The best order for creating positive changes in your life is the BE-DO-HAVE model. This means you start from the BE level. When you begin changing on the BE level of your life, then the DO level and the HAVE level follow more easily.
When you start only on the DO level, then all the blocks on the BE level will often become the obstacles you can’t overcome.
